Amazon.ca recently reduced how much you need to spend to get free shipping from their website. Normally it was a minimum order of $39, but now it's only $25. The announcement was made on the homepage by the CEO. This is great because Christmas is coming and Amazon.ca is an awesome place to get gifts for people. I am more of an Amazon.com customer because the variety is better, but Amazon.ca is better there.
