Canadian Tire has their Scratch and Win Event this weekend, October 22-24, 2010. You can win $5 off your purchase or more. Everyone is a winner and you can at least $5 off. These scratch cards can be found in your weekly flyer. If you don't get the flyers in the mail, you can pick them up in store too.
