LouLou Magazine has a Beauty Lottery today, October 5, 2010. Just enter by filling out the form between 12-1pm EDST. The prizes are a Marcelle Rouge Xpression Lipstick and Power Volume Mascara. 200 lucky winners will be chosen for this prize. Refer to page 146 of the October issue of LouLou Magazine for more information. This lottery was scheduled for October 1, but due to technical difficulties it was moved to October 5.
