Procter and Gamble have announced a new and exciting beauty panel for Canadian women, it's called "Smart Beauty Buys". Being a part of this panel gives you the opportunity to test out new beauty products and give your opinions of them. There is a screening test available now at the link below, just answer a few questions by October 22, 2010 and see if you qualify. I entered yesterday and hope I get chosen since I am makeup obsessed, good luck to all of you as well!

Just answered the survey. It's the exact same one that was sent out by Rouge for product testers. I wonder if they are connected somehow. Maybe we'll get lucky and get picked by both!
