The Shopping Channel is offering you a free $10 savings card when you subscribe to their email newsletter. This promotion ends October 20, 2010. I just signed up for mine and am waiting to get more details. The terms and conditions state that this is limited to one per person, and the savings card will be issued by email by October 25, 2010. I presume this has a minimum purchase speculation in order to be used though.
