Join Boston Pizza and cheer on Team Canada during the tournament on December 26, 2010 and they'll give you a Free Team Canada pint glass with every purchase of $25 or more. On their website however it specifies that you can get one of four collectible Team Canada glasses with "purchase of our appetizer trio and a pitcher of Molson Canadian". So maybe they goofed in the newsletter, or they are keeping the special deal only to their subscribers.
