I've been a member of
Swagbucks since the summer of 2009, I can tell you it is by far the best rewards program on the internet right now by far. I have redeemed for over $830 worth of Amazon gift cards, some Paypal and some Starbucks gift cards as well. I've ordered lots of video games for my boyfriend, programming books, and nail polish, makeup, a curling iron and recently a Michael Kors watch for myself.
Swagbucks is basically a search and win site, you search as you would normally for stuff on the internet and are periodically rewarded with swagbucks (ie. points like the image above). There are also other ways of winning such as watching videos (up to 15 wins of 5sb each a day), entering swagcodes (special codes released throughout the day), using their toolbar and swidget (it alerts you when there is a code out), doing surveys and special offers, and for having referrals. They will match the points that your referrals win up to 1000sbs. I have 323 referrals right now (snapshot of my user account above), most of which do not ever use the site, just sign up and either do not know how to use it, or lose interest, but the ones that do use it, benefit greatly and help me loads in winning.
It can be overwhelming at first, but if you use it regularly, Swagbucks pays off in a big way. I am a member of every rewards program around including
