Ever want to try Physicians Formula makeup? They just added a bunch of new mail-in rebates on their website. When you purchase their products in drugstores (they are sold at Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall Pharma Plus, most chains) you can get some money back via mail-in rebate. Purchases must be between 12/01/10 and 11/30/11. Print out and mail the completed form from the website below, along with mail in rebate label attached to your product and your original sales receipt with purchase price circled. Rebate must be postmarked by Dec 15, 2011. The key is finding the specific products included and the ones with the stickers on them.
