Once you sign up, you'll have the email coupon sent to you right away, the offer expires 14 days after you subscribe. Fine print on coupon states "choose any appetizer with the exception of Chalet Chicken Wings and Crispy Dry Ribs".
Whenever I get Swiss Chalet I always make sure I complete the online customer satisfaction survey, that gets you a free appetizer as well, we usually get the cheese perogies. If you have an SPC you get a free appetizer with every order.
