ELF: Free Shipping On $14 Order Valentine's Special

ELF is offering free shipping on your order of $14 or more with the coupon code "FREELOVE", this applies today only. Please note that if you pay with Paypal you will actually get free shipping on Canadian orders, I do this every time and it always works, make sure you aren't logged into the ELF account, it may say $8.95 shipping to Canada at the end, but on my final invoice that's never tacked on with this option.
