Marshalls: Stores Now Open In Canada

Marshalls stores have now opened in Canada, there are so far several in Ontario and more opening soon. Have you been at all? What do you think of them? I have relatives in the states and they always shop at Marshalls, to me it seems like a Winners type of store, where you can get name brand stuff for cheaper. I've heard that they also have electronics too. I am going to check one out soon near me.

    I've been and I didn't think it was spectacular. It is owned by TJ Maxx who also owns Winners. Having been to a couple of Winners stores in the last couple of weeks searching for a dress for my daughter and jeans for me, I actually saw a lot of the exact same clothes at Marshalls. So I'm not sure exactly what the difference is supposed to be??

    I highly doubt that Marshalls will be as cheap as it is in the US. They are the same people who own Winners, Homesense, Stylesense. May as well shop at those stores. I personally prefer Ross dress for less or Target anyday if I was in the states. At least Target has designer collaborations. ;)
