Blockbuster Canada is sadly not doing well and is forced to close 146 stores across Canada. In the US, stores have been steadily closing so now it's happening here too. They will begin liquidating their stock in the coming week so stay tuned for a major clearance sale at stores near you, stores will be closed by the end of June. Also note that
gift cards will not be accepted at any location that is set to close!
I thought the image above was funny, it's true, the market changes, people aren't visiting rental stores to get movies anymore, they are going online and downloading them through services like Netflix. I personally don't even have cable, I get all my tv shows online.
