Canadian Mail-in Rebates: $5 Mail-in Rebate With Ontario Turkey Purchase

For those in Ontario, when you switch to turkey you can get a $5 Mail-in rebate. This offer is limited to the first 5,000 rebates. Final date to receive requests is October 31, 2011.

1. Complete the rebate form and mail along with the following
2. Include the Original Purchase Receipt of the turkey brease, ground or piece product with the purchaes price and date of purchase circled
3. Include a description of how you used turkey in place of another protein, in the receipt that you used. The description must be minimum of 30 words
