Mega Bus is a very inexpensive way to travel with travel starting at $1 (plus 50 cent booking fee). They have recently added a new route, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Buffalo (downtown) and Buffalo (airport). Plus 10 additional daily trips from Toronto to Montreal (from $10). The cheap fares get booked up quickly, so it's best to plan ahead and book ahead of time, and check their website often for new availability.
