Payless stores in Canada are having their BOGO Buy 1 Get 1 50% off on now until October 5, 2011. This applies when you buy 1, get the 2nd item of equal or lesser value for half price. The entire stock is included in this promotion. I admit their quality isn't amazing, but if you are looking for inexpensive shoes, it's a great deal.
