ELF is offering Free Shipping today as part of their Columbus Day promotion. Use the coupon code SHIP with orders over $15 by midnight today, October 10. Free shipping ends midnight tonight PST.

For Canadian ELF orders, if you pay with Paypal you will only be charged US shipping (which in this case would be free) and they won't apply the additional $8 that they normally do when you pay normally. This is worth noting, but I am not sure if this works anymore because I have not ordered from ELF in a while.
