Starbucks promises that you will love your Starbucks VIA or they will replace it with a bag of Starbucks Coffee. This is NOT a freebie offer, this is a satisfaction guarantee, meaning if you aren't happy with your purchase you can get your money back through another bag of coffee. Limit one (1) and only one item per individual, household or address. Offer is valid until December 31, 2011. I go to Starbucks a lot (now that they have the My Starbucks Rewards program) and I have noticed this promotion at the till too.

How To Redeem:
1. Buy – Purchase Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew at your favorite grocery or Starbucks store (excluding 3, 7, 10, and 12-count packs).
2. Complete – Please enter your information below. Limit one (1) and only one item per individual, household or address.
3. Print – Print out the completed form.
4. Send – Mail in this form along with your original receipt and original UPC to Starbucks VIA® Taste Promise, Offer #656-1, PO Box 4000, Chatham, ON N7M 0A8. Your cash register receipt must be dated between 10/1/2011 and 12/31/2011. Complete requests must be postmarked by 12/31/2011.
5. Receive – One (1) 12oz. bag of Starbucks® House Blend ground coffee.
