Forever 21 is offering 30% off all their jewelery for four days starting today, Nov 4-7. This one looks like it's in-store and online. Their jewelery is quite inexpensive already so getting an additional 30% off is great. I can't tell you how many times I browse their stores and end up leaving with $20 of jewelery before I even notice, they have very cute pieces. If you shop online, shipping is free on orders over $60.
