Many people learn a lot about how to coupon (and how not to coupon) by watching this popular show. I admit some of the stuff on this show is quite outrageous. The sheer number of items that people buy and their enormous stockpiles is shocking. I treat it like many other reality tv shows, it's entertainment and not to be taken too seriously.
