When you purchase $10 or more on any Air Wick Freshmatic, Scented Oil or candle products you can get $5 back via mail-in rebate.

Limit of one rebate/refund per individual, family or household. Complete the official refund form below, attach your original dated cash register receipt with the purchase prices circled and the UPC hand written on receipt. Purchase must be made between October 15, 2012 and March 31, 2013. All requests must be received on or before April 30, 2013. Offer expires March 31, 2013.
