• Purchase any qualifying KitchenAid® appliances between January 4 and February 21, 2013 from
a participating authorized Canadian KitchenAid® Small Appliance Dealer.
• Complete the online claim form at KitchenAidPromotions.com and submit together with a copy of the appliance purchase sales receipt and  UPC code to receive your rebate by mail. If you prefer to mail your submission in, the form can be printed from the above site.
