Physicians Formula has added lots of new Canadian mail-in rebates for the New Year!

The rebate will be affixed to the Physicians Formula product, original sales receipt must be submitted with price circled. Rebate request without the rebate will not be honoured. The labels are affixed to specially marked products available in limited quantities. In the past the "rebate label" has been a pink sticker found on the product.
