It can be picked up in-store (you do not have to purchase anything) or online (minimum purchase required).
The Beauty Insider program is free, it's a loyalty points card that you can sign up for at Sephora. With every purchase you earn points (1 point for every $1 spent), then you can redeem those points for 100 or 500 point perks. I shop at Sephora often and love this program.
