KitchenAid Mother's Day Rebate Offer Receive Up To $75 Back (Apr 5-May 30)

KitchenAid has a new Canadian Mail-in Rebate Offer just in time for Mother's Day! When you buy your mom a Mixer (or anyone else of course!) you can receive up to $75 back via mail-in/online rebate offer. This offer is valid on select KitchenAid Small Appliances at participating authorized Canadian KitchenAid dealers.

1. Purchase any qualifying KitchenAid appliance between April 5 and May 30, 2013.
2. Complete online claim form below, with a copy of your appliance purchase sales receipt and UPC code to receive your rebate by mail.

    The KitchenAid site has not been working for the online form for the last few days. Calls to them haven't resulted in any action.
