Toronto Hydro Time Of Use Summer Season Save Money Using Off Peaks

Trying to save money on your Hydro bill? Toronto Hydro posted their new time-of-use periods change for the summer time block (May 1-October 31). This applies to all of Ontario today.

By doing your laundry, dishwashing and other tasks during the off-peak periods you are helping your budget and the environment

The new rates are:
Off peak - 7pm-7am (6.7¢)
On peak - 11am- 5pm (12.4¢)
Mid peak - 7am - 11am, 5pm-7pm (10.4¢)
