Freshpoints Update Program On Hold

If you're a Freshpoints member, you should read their recent update if you haven't already :(

"Dear FreshPoints Friends & Family,

 For the past year, we’ve worked together to build the FreshPoints program you’ve come to enjoy so much. Last month, we made the difficult decision to adjust the points structure in an attempt to make the program more sustainable, although it ultimately left many of you unhappy.

After listening to your feedback, we feel that it’s better to invest our time and resources into improving the program instead of offering you a watered-down version of what we believe we can achieve. As of today, we are putting FreshPoints on hold and will be focusing our efforts on how to improve the FreshPoints program for us as a business and for you as our valued community. 

This decision has not been easy for us and we are so sorry it has come to this. It’s been one heck of a ride so far and if we are able to come to a better solution, you will be the very first to know. 

We’d like to thank you for your continued love & support throughout this journey, and express our sincere gratitude for your understanding during our growing pains. As always, we’re ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
