If you have purchased Activia yogurt products or DanActive probiotic drink products between April 1, 2009 and November 6, 2012 you are eligible to file for reimbursement.
If you do not have grocery receipts for these purchases, you are still able to file a claim of $30. If you have kept your grocery receipts you can claim for up to $100. Please note you have until August 27, 2013 to submit the claim. You can file online or by mail.
"Danone Inc will provide to each Class Member that qualifies Compensation in the following manner:
a) Class Members who sign and solemnly declare that they have purchased either Activia® or DanActive® products in Canada between April 1, 2009 and November 6, 2012: $ 30
b) Class Members who sign and solemnly declare that they have purchased either Activia® or DanActive® products in Canada between April 1, 2009 and November 6, 2012 AND have proof of purchase will be entitled to receive between $30 and $100, depending on the amount of the purchases "

ReplyDeleteIf you are seeking the $30 you do not need receipts, only for the $100.
DeleteI think a lot of people are going to file unrightly and find the whole thing ridiculous.
ReplyDeletei wish i had reciepts. because of stomach issues i specifically bought this yogurt. didnt particularily like it but ate one daily because of their claims. so yes..i did file.
