If you purchased at least $1000 in chocolate products (from the above mentioned brands) between October 1, 2005 to September 31, 2007 you are entitled to $50 reimbursement. You do not need to show proof of the purchases, if no proof is given you are only eligible for $50. If you have proof, your claim will be calculated accordingly. Spouses and children living in the same household can pool their purchases and file a single claim (as one individual). The deadline for claiming compensation is December 15, 2013.

I know I spent more than that, but, I dont feel comfortable giving my banking information..
ReplyDeleteI don't know why they need to have my bank information. Activia had to do the same thing and they didn't require bank info.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a scam of some sort.Why are they saying you HAVE to give your banking info for this...why not send a cheque to those who have a claim, then they have the stubs for proof. As good as this sounds, I don't trust giving that info out.
