    Went this morning (Nov 23rd) and was told that this promo code on my card is expired. I was even questioned by the manager if I used it already. The barista told the manager they had that issue on the 22nd as well. He finally override the sales not because he doubted the SB system, but because I was holding up the line of people behind me.

      I had the same thing happen, I ended up paying for two sandwiches. I wrote to Starbucks customer service, when I had issues like this before they ended up crediting my card so I am hoping they do that this time too. Sucks that it happened to you too.
